Italian Speaking Customer Success Specialist

Tasks

• Monitor customer success and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  
• Handle administrative and billing tasks related to customer accounts
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  
• Provide accurate and reliable information about products and services
  
• Daily account management and relationship management with existing customers
  
• Working closely with the sales team
  
• Manage customer contracts, including renewals, extensions, and modifications
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  
• Experience in Customer relations, Customer success or Customer account management
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Customer-centric mindset, empathy
  
• Confident Italian and English language skills (C1 level, written and spoken)
  
• Experience in handling customer contracts, renewals, or service extensions
